I am a pretty big believer in ‘you get what you pay for.’ But every once in a while, I find some running or workout gear for far less that blows me away.
Over the past few years, I’ve found some items off Amazon that are worth noting, including this long sleeve, this strappy sports bra, and these tights. I have been quite impressed with these items that I have purchased. While I can’t say they are my favorite, they are still some solid items.
I polled my Instagram followers for recommendations on good, quality workout gear on a budget. There were a lot of recommendations for items on Amazon along with a handful of items from Old Navy, Target, Fabletics, and Senita. Not everything is running-specific, so be sure to read the reviews and the description for their intended use.

I hope this list is helpful. I have not personally tried many of the products, but I can vouch for the ones I have tried. Many of these items are from Amazon, so if it were me, I’d look at the reviews, pull up a few of the 1 and 2 star reviews just to know what the downfalls are. And then realize even if it doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re probably not out too much money.
Honestly, I just wait for my favorite retailers (Oiselle and lululemon in particular) to have sales and shop lululemon’s ‘We Made Too Much‘ page. I’ve also personally done some shopping at Joe’s New Balance Outlet online store that has the previous season’s apparel items deeply discounted.
