I love a good sale, and there is so many good things at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale that I had a hard time picking my favorites.
Today the sale opened to non-Nordstrom card members (or mortals like myself), so it is time to share my picks including one of my favorite sports bras, my most-worn jeans, and several pieces that would be so cute for the fall.
I’m first starting with my favorite sweat and athleisure apparel because you can never have too many items in this category such as these Zella leggings that everyone raves about! I seriously don’t know how many people I’ve heard say that these are their favorite leggings. I also think this Nike tank is super cute and perfect for gym work. If you need a new sports bra for medium or high impact activities, please do yourself a favor and buy a Brooks bra . This one is my current favorite, and this is great if you need larger sizes I highly recommend this one.
You can’t go wrong with a good pair of jeans, and some of my most-loved, most-worn jeans are included in this sale. I purchased these AG jeans last winter, and I have worn them so many times. They are a perfect fit and not too stretchy and not too tight. If you do like stretchy jeans, these DLs are a lot more stretchy and accommodating to muscular thighs. These Joe’s Jeans are the perfect dark jeans for everyone’s fall and winter wardrobe, and I have worn mine many, many times. I’m bummed these Madewell boyfriend jeans are sold out because they were on my wish list. (I’ve heard that some items will come back into stock, so keep checking back if you are interested.)
There are some really good deals on essential tops during this sale such as this v-neck t-shirt that every fashion blogger has bought and this long sleeve striped tee that looks insanely comfortable. I am eyeing this olive green crop jacket that looks perfect for fall, and this camo jacket also looks really cute. I also have my eye on this sweater since that’s all I can wear when the weather cools down.
I can’t believe I am already eyeing booties for the fall and rain boots for when our summer rains hit, which is going to be all too soon. I love my Hunter rain boots, and I’m surprised they are included in the sale, so snag them now! If you need a warm winter boot that still cute and practical, these Sperrys are a pair I spotted while browsing through the sale. I have these flip flop sandals and they are the most comfortable flip flops I’ve worn–they actually have arch support! These Sorel wedges are always a popular during the winter months, so if your size is available, I would recommend grabbing a pair now! And how cute are these booties. I love the cut-out detail on them, plus they are under $100.
I feel like I have been looking for months for the right designer bag, and this one keeps coming back as a possibility–you just can’t go wrong with a Tory Burch black leather tote. I also like this one as a much more affordable alternative. I saw someone else with this handbag and thought it was really cute and practical. I have these earrings in a similar size that I wear all the time, and I have always wanted a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses.
