Double Take

I think I’m having deja-vu.

Dinner: strawberries + vegan bean burrito

Craig actually made these bean and potato burritos with a vegan “cheese” sauce. He based the sauce off Mama Pea’s Mmmm Sauce. I’m not even sure how he changed up the recipe for sure. I know he used cashews instead of almonds but beyond that I’m not sure. Whatever he did, these are good! If you do it right, vegan food can be so good. DSC_0012

I’ve been busying catching up on things around the apartment this evening after being gone for over a week. I think I’ve finally gotten everything back in order.

I don’t know for sure what my plans are for tomorrow; I guess only time will tell.
