there is one more Dean Karnazes book if you’re interested, it’s titled Run! …and it’s just as good as his other two. and what flavor GU do you use? …i’m absolutely addicted to the mint chocolate flavor, although i still haven’t perfected the art of feeding myself and running.
I’ve heard about the book; I need to check it out.
I really like the mint chocolate flavor as well as vanilla bean and espresso! I have to take really small “bites” of the GU in order to get it down.
