Aye, aye, aye!
I was dragging by the end of the week! Seven hours of sleep is definitely not enough for me. Usually I am in bed by 8:30 or 9 p.m. and sleeping within a half an hour.
In order for things to go better next week, these are my goals:
- Be home by 6:00 p.m. each night (critical!)
- Do all cleaning and laundry on Sunday.
- Prepare two meals on Sunday.
- Be in bed by 9 p.m. (also critical!)
