Sometimes when I find something I like, I eat it a lot, like too much and inevitably end up overdosing on it and then of course not liking it anymore.
These are things I have recently developed a distaste for:
Chobani—the strawberry, peach, and blueberry flavors
I still do like the pineapple and pomegranate flavors though!
Yogurtland
Yes, sad, but true! It just doesn’t do it for me anymore. š
Green Monsters
I think I just need to take a break from them for a while.
Subway
I can’t get past the smell and the sandwiches are not that great–especially after having much higher quality sandwiches.
Muffins
I love my carbs, but once again I think I just need a break from them.
Hot Oatmeal
I am really tired of my old-fashioned oats.
However, I love my steel-cut oatmeal!
Today’s breakfast was a bowl of thick, chewy steel-cut oatmeal. I love the texture and the taste is so much better than old-fashioned oats!
Workout
I went running today and finally made it to a yoga class too! š
Distance: 5 miles
Time: 40 minutes
I felt pretty good overall during my run. I was still sore from running, hiking, and biking on Friday and Saturday, so I took the run easy today.
This morning I also went to a 90-minute Bikram yoga class. It felt so good to get back, but I have definitely lost some of my balance, strength, and flexibility!
For the past 3-4 weeks, my muscles have felt extremely tight, but after walking out of class tonight, they feel SO much better. I’m glad I stuck with Bikram and gave it a second chance! I love it now! š
I am the same way with food. I’ll get on a kick with a certain item for weeks and then not want to look at it for a while. Great running stats!

It’s funny you write that because last night I bought one pomegranate and one pineapple chobani…my favorite flavors!
I definitely get sick of foods. When I was on weight watchers a few years back I would eat steamed broccoli all the time and I still can’t eat it (roasted or grilled though I still love)

i pretty much have food ADD and can’t ever remember what i like, so i never eat the same thing over and over again. it makes meal planning a huge chore….but i never get sick of anything, i guess….

I’m with you about the fro yo. It was great for the time being, but I got sick of it. I prefer my ice cream. (;

I am starting to get sick of my protein shakes after my workouts, I just make them because they are so easy to make and I know I am getting in all of my nutrients..I think it is time to switch things up a bit.
