I know I have not been as consistent with posting, but frankly I haven’t had much to post about: no new recipes, no big announcements, no exciting adventures (although Yogurtland was a blast!), etc.
Admittedly I have been quite bad about cooking lately. Right now I am just riding the wave until the end of school—2 more days!! Then I will be much more on top of my cooking/baking and blogging!

I do want to give a big shout-out to my sister whose birthday is today.
Happy Birthday, Kristy!
She is my clone, inspiration, motivator, sounding board, and my cold weather running buddy!
We have a lot of fun together, and I miss her so much and wish we lived closer together!
Sadly, we will be even further apart next year because she will be completing her dietetics internship in Raleigh, North Carolina. I guess I’ll just have to go and visit!!
A recap on my recent runs. . . .
Monday’s Run
Distance: 6 miles
Time: 51 minutes
It wasn’t a spectacular run, but I knew I didn’t have to push myself since it is a cut-back week for me, so I took it pretty easy.
Tuesday’s Run
Distance: 5 miles
Time: 43 minutes
This was kind of a tough run. I am very thankful it is a cut-back week because I am sure feeling it. My muscles were little more tender because I had a massage last night, and she really worked on all my tight areas. It felt good though!
